The International Society Against Exploitation of Racing Animals(ISAERA)
This organisation is dedicated to tackling the causes of poor animal welfare associated with commercial animal racing worldwide.
The Isaera has researched the issues associated with dog racing internationally. They have learnt that the state of the greyhound racing industry in the UK causes great concern to those involved with the 'sport' in other countries. The UK, as the first nation to introduce an animal protection act, has a responsibility to take the welfare and ethical issues of racing greyhounds much more seriously.
